    PLEASE DELETE

    Make: Smith & Wesson

    Model: 65-3 (3" Barrel / Square-Butt / Pre-Lock)

    Caliber: .357 Mag & .38+P

Location (city or county): Oceanside, CA

    Price: $950 OBO

    Will ship (Y/N): NO

Other info: Transfer @ Iron Sights in Oceanside

The pictures do not do this one justice. All of the markings are clear and the finish is still in impeccable condition. Make no mistake, this one's a shooter. I've fired over 300 rounds of mixed ammunition without a hitch. It has been cleaned thoroughly and often during it's short stay in my safe. This is a beautiful specimen with original grips and an excellent finish.

Lastly, I have not been able to find any other square-butt 65-3's in a 3 inch barrel. The service models were made in a 4 inch square-butt or a 3 inch round-butt. This is a pre-lock gun which adds significant value in CA. The additional quirk regarding barrel size makes this one a real gem. Thank you for your time and consideration !!!

    Best regards,

    Adam Michael Lewis, MBA

I recently bought a mint beauty mod 13 3" for 600. but of course it's blue and not ss. Interesting poll. I said high but not nuts! Good luck, they are very nice pistols.... the FBI really thought so too.

This is a fair offer. Is the photo washed out or is the S&W logo polished out on the left side? Lettering on right side looks washed out also.

                  Fair Offer

                  C Good,

I thought this was a fair offer as well, but the buyer has rescinded the offer for personal reasons. I would still like to get $800 or better out of it, but that may or may not happen.

The picture is of poor quality, as I am not an expert with the smartphone camera. All of the markings are clear and legible. It really is a very clean revolver.
