Make: Ruger
Model: Security Six
Caliber: .357 magnum
Location (city or county): Los Angeles area
Price: SOLD (buyer pays ppt) or WTT for a Glock 20 SF or Gen 4, I can add cash as necessary to make it fair
Will ship (Y/N): Nope
Other info:
Throwback to the days when revolvers were tough, rugged, no-nonsense tools. The Ruger Security Six is quite possibly the toughest revolver ever made. This one is in GREAT condition, bluing is all there, just a little wear at the muzzle. BARELY fired as you will see when you know how to inspect a wheel gun.
Specs:
6 inch barrel
Made in 1981 or 82
Locks up like new
Pachmayer rubber grips
Comes with original manual
No box/case (this is how I got it)
I got the 10mm bug again. I had a G20 and loved it but now want the SF version or Gen4 so I can use the smallest backstrap. Modifications done to it are ok, but must be tasteful, I don't want an unproven frankenglock. No aftermarket barrels - seriously, can you outshoot a factory glock barrel that can shoot ragged holes at 15-20 yards? Never understood why people swap out perfectly good factory glock barrels for a $200 aftermarket barrel that shoots exactly the same. Anyways, I digress.
