Other info: On consignment at OC Firearms. This revolver is a special edition 65-3 with a 4" barrel and square butt frame. Pre lock model. It's a San Diego Police Department commemorative model. The barrel has the San Diego Police Department engraved on it and the side plate has a badge. I bought it used but it appears to be unfired. I have never fired it but it is a used firearm. It comes with the presentation case. PPT in Orange County.
