Other info: includes stabilizing brace, one 10/30 mag, cleaning rod, and side optic mount (installed after I purchased). I vented the hand guard and had the side mount installed on reciever, otherwise it's stock. I have taken very good care of this gun and it has less than 300 rounds through it for sure. I'm in LA area often as well. I am lowering price temporarily because something I want has come up for sale act now!
