Private Firearms Sales-Handguns, not just frames

Agree with Mad Mensch. A frame is not a HANDGUN for purposes of selling handguns here. As a buyer, I want something that I can shoot and, importantly, a fully assembled one, even if it's not a shooter.

IMO it should not be in this forum but in firearm parts and accessories with language that it must be DROS.

I see the argument but this guy is selling parts of a handgun, not an assembled one.

Someone needs to brush up on the law. The serial numbered frame *is* the firearm as far as the law and this forum, is concerned. It requires an FFL, DROS, 4473 and waiting period.
