AJAX22 recently scored a small quantity of Colt Magazine base plates and gave them to me to sell for him. He's in school working on midterms and can't have any gun stuff where he's at right now (NYC) so thats where I come in.
These base plates are the real deal fresh from the colt factory.
As most of you know, the only difference between most USGI magazine manufacturers is the base plates, the same tooling is used to make the O-kays the parsons, the la belles etc etc etc. the only variation between the different production runs is that each sub contractor puts their own unique baseplate on before shipping them out.
Because of how collectible colt magazines are they tend to command a premium well in excess of other comparable mags.
This is your chance to swap out the base plates on your USGI Pre-bans and turn your less collectible off brand manufactured mags into colts.
There is NO difference between the colt mags and the other manufacturers (with the exception of sanchez who did a different spot weld pattern) In fact many of the colt contracts where actually filled by O-kay using colt supplied base plates.
This is a one shot deal, these NEVER show up on the open market and when they do they're practically gold.
The price for these lovely gems is
$7 each in quantities less than 10,
$6 each if you buy 10 or more,
5 each if you buy 20 or more
Shipping will be a flat $5 for any quantity anywhere in the US (although I hope these will stay in CA).
