WTS : Nickel Teflon Upper Receiver (M4 Flat Top)

I have THIS Upper Receiver for sale. It has never been used, still stripped. I just decided to buy a completed upper instead of assemble it myself. It does have a minor BLEM! One of the rungs on the rail is slightly flattened. Shouldn't cause any problems (I'll get pictures of it as soon as I can).

Would like to get what I paid $100; but will consider reasonable offers, especially if I don't have to ship.

I'm in South Orange County (RSM area).
