This lightweight polymer, easy to bolt on piece, fits over your standard AR round handguards and gives you a 4" rail at 6 o'clock and a 2" rail at both 9:30 and 1:30. It can also be mounted to give you the 4" rail up top and the and the two 45* rails below.
