Selling a brand new, unfired 7.5" AR pistol upper receiver. Entire upper is complete, minus the BCG and CH (not included).

- 5.56 / 2.23
- 1:9" Barrel Twist
- .750" low profile gas block
- 1/2x28 threaded muzzle/barrel
- Low profile gas block
- Carbine length gas system
- A2 flash hider
- Quad rail free float hand guard with end cap (end cap is removable)

* BCG and charging handle are NOT included

Who makes this upper? Can that end cap come off?

Upper is made by HA and the end cap is removable.
