There should be a forum rule here so when someone or a lot of people bum rush a thread and push and shove their way to the top and knock down small children, old people, and pregnant women in their mad dash to be first calling dibs on something someone thinks might be a deal, that they should buy the darn thing since that is what they put down in writing that they would do such.

Not sure that is fare to the seller or other buyers who may wish to buy and don't say "I'll take it" in a thread but then IM with a "pending blah, and blah blah, and if blah blah blah,....but only if blah" just to call dibs over other people who may want to buy without any blah blah blah conditions.

Its amazing there were so many "I'll take it" but it never got sold till the seller re posted again and did BTT's.

Thanks Xerxes. I agree. People need to read the information clearly in the ad's. The info has been there since listed, No B/BC/CH included, just the upper. But I am also partially to blame, my photo shows the B/BC assembly, so I can understand the mis-understanding wich is why I did not make a big deal about it.
