It's a 24" bull barrel that has probably about 60 or 70 rounds through it (all following a very tedious and thorough break-in procedure). I was able to get sub MOA groups using Winchester 55gr BSTs. The barrel comes with the Ultra Varmint scope mount already attached.
The same barrel retails for $106 if you buy it from H&R
