WTS: UNUSED White Oak Arms CMP A4 Flat Top Upper

I ordered this upper from White Oak in September, 2012, and, as life has evolved, I've never done anything with it. It's exactly as I received it. Basically, new.

White Oak Arms CMP A4 Flat Top Upper
Post-Ban (no threaded muzzle or bayonet lug)
    .052 NM front sight post
    Bead blasted stainless steel barrel

    Asking $650.
    Santa Clara County

Here's the description on the White Oak Arms website:

The same quality upper as our AR15 service rifle upper, but this time with an A4 flattop receiver for added versatility. Has a 20", 1-7 twist barrel with 11 degree target crown. Includes an "F" height front sight base. The post-ban model does not have a threaded muzzle end or bayonet lug.

Accepts our National Match Carry Handle (1rch4).

    .223 Wylde Chamber
White Oak Precision CMP legal float tube
    Top quality thermoset handguards
Choice of .052", .062", or .072" NM front sight post
Windage adjustable F-height front sight base for mechanical zeroing
Every upper is test fired and zeroed prior to shipping
Includes complete bolt carrier group and charging handle
    Details
    SKU 2fcmpa
