i have a almost new 2013 POF P415 NP3 coated upper with the MMR rail system. it has a pin and welded 1.5" battle comp break on it. the upper has no more than 350 rounds through it. not a scratch on it. has spent most of its life in a safe.
i am located in the east bay and will ship on the buyers dime.
Comes with the POF BCG and charging handle plus the 3 rail sections. Will NOT come with the magpul mbus pros that are pictured.
