I've tried PM's to the seller and to mods here for help regarding a scammer. I sent a USPS MO late last week and the seller does not respond. I bought a Surefire scout light with a Larue mount.

If you sent it by mail give it some more time to get to him... This is the reason I only will cash or paypal (even though they're anti-gun hippies).. He has good feedback, I'm sure he'll sort it out!

No response in a week. I know payment has arrived. This is unacceptable.

He hasn't logged on since the 17th. Chances are he got the money order but hasn't been online to pm you. I usually wait two weeks before I begin to question the seller. Do you have a signed confirmation that he received the money order. Or at least a tracking number? If not how do you know he received the money?

I am calling his local law enforcement and the office of the Inspector General of the USPS to file fraud if I don't hear from him by today. Then, I will drive to so cal to confront this person.

If it were a purchase under $50, I would not be so mad, but I sent a MO for $215.00

I've done multiple transactions on here, eBay and various forums. I always ship the same day payment arrives and send payment out the say I say I would.

Seems like some people are just spoiled brats.

The local police are not going to anything at this point. Its only been 1 week you are over reacting. Even if he got the money order at yhe beginning of the week you still have to give the seller a few days to send it out. I've sold a lot of things on here and at times the buyers can be very annoying with a million messages. Eventually it just gets to the point where you ship the part and stop answering the annoying buyers questions. Many people feel as though they purchase a part from you for well below fair market value and now they own you till that part arrives

one thing i always do is keep in touch with the seller and always ask for a phone number before you send payment.

Give it some time. He could be unable to respond while working, on vacation (maybe shipped before he left for vacation?), or working long days/week. Depending on where you mailed (mailbox, local post office, or post office hub) it will take about 1-2 days to arrive. If it's 2-3 weeks, and no reply then it's safe to worry.

50 dollars is 50 dollars regardless of it being a week PSA will give you a response if its been past 2 days.

I would say chill out, the guy has impeccable iTrader and he is selling a ton of stuff. Give him a bit more time IMO.
