This is from the law gun sale. I have an extra, keeping the best two and puting this one up for sale. Sight works fine. Zeroed and held zero just fine. Exterior is a little rough but lenses are in good shape. Wilcox mount is also in good shape. There's a piece missing on the ocular side does not effect functionality and can hardly be seen with lense cover on. Prefer FTF in San Diego so buyer can see first hand. My cost was $150+15 shipping. Looking to get my $OLD. Price is fair and firm.

there is no rule on how a seller must pick the buyer, just that he not run the sale as an auction.

some will take the first PM, others the first post. others will look at hte timestamp of everything and take the first. when its close like this one was, I might look at itrader and post history to "break the tie".
