This is a very rare Russian military chest rig vest. Pockets hold 10 SVD magazines plus spotting scope pouch. Map pocket on the back side. Can also hold Saiga 308 mags (8 or 10 rounders) or PSL magazines.

SCOPE is Sold! This is the early variation 8 power scope with the grey hammer finish and the sunshade that extends from the objective bell. They don't make them like this anymore. Has dual rangefinder reticle (.5 and 1.5 meters) SVD style. Fits AK rails as well as Saiga (maybe Vepr too, not sure). Excellent condition with clear glass. $180 SOLD!
