Not sure, but I took the liberty of paying the fees and not doing the "gift" option per sellers request. So paypal has me covered whether they get a hold of him or not in a timeframe.

FWIW...On another forum I belong to there was a similar situation; as it turned out the seller had been killed in a climbing accident thus explaining, and excusing, his lack of communication. Let's hope and pray this is not the case here.

For someone with such high feedback, I have trouble believing something bad did not happen to him. Hopefully he is alright.

If it is him, he did not list firearms as one of his extracurricular interests.

Op, i am in a similar situation. I sold a guy(onebadmutha) a upper and he paypal'd me. In our agreement is he would pp me as a friend/family and title it "happy birthday" so i would not get charged any fees.

Anyways, he payed me what i was asking and didnt select friend/family and put "BCM" under the reason for payment. I was charged $13 a pp fee. I shipped the upper to him in good faith that he would get back asap and send me the $13 to recoup the fee's and hold up our business agreement but he has been MIA and hasn't logged in since august 23rd.

                I hope he is alright!

I dont blame him if it is....not too many gun friendly people in society today. It seems to be even less in the healthcare field.

While most of our brethren are upstanding, honest individuals like me, I have run into a few that the words describing them cannot be printed here. Some have no sense of decency, so "Caveat Emptor".

Actually, there are quite a few of us who loves guns. Several are NRA chapter presidents. I've had an anesthesiologist who recently met take me out to shoot his suppressed Barrett M82, in Reno of course. I know several general, trauma and orthopaedic surgeons who are gun nuts, AR, Ak, some really weird and cool stuff. Most doctors are pragmatists and are relatively conservative.
