Want to sell a PSA 16" upper, MOE handguards, Cold Hammer Forged (CHF) barrel, F marked front sight post. Less than 700 down the pipe. Carbine length gas system. CHF barrel is made by FN (so says PSA).M203 profile, 1/7 twist rate. NO BCG OR Charging handle.
