Del-Ton midlength upper 16" barrel, government profile, midlength gas system.
It's an A3 Flat-Top with forward sight base, 1/9" twist.
Please note that Del-Ton government profile barrels do not taper, so this actually looks like an HBAR barrel.
Bolt carrier group (HPT/MPI) and charging handle included.

The upper was bought in September of last year. I put 60 rounds through this before I upgraded.
