Shot less than 50 rounds through (to ensure it cycles properly). I can tell you this dissipator is one of the lightest shooting uppers I've shot. The rifle length gas system allows for the most dwell time creating softer shooting. I would recommend pairing with a low mass bcg and a low mass buffer if you're wanting to shoot 3 gun.
