SCAR17 extension for california compliance

Get rid of that locking pin on the folding stock. I've got a prototype extension for sale that will make the length of your SCAR about 31" folded. Basically its just an extension off the stock. I made it on my 3d printer and these are all prototypes so don't expect perfection. But they do work. I made these because I paid $3k for my rifle with a folding stock. I am not about to pin my folder. I've searched for every other alternative, logger muzzle break, longer barrel, etc.

Biggups for the idea, is there any intent on for the 16s or is it interchangeable.

I have no idea. I don't have a SCAR 16. I built this mainly because I wanted to retain my folder.

Great idea however, the cheek rise looks incomplete - does not flow with the design. Can you design a unit to take care of this?

How would I go about removing the pin from my stock? Do you know where its located? Interested in an extention if you could help with poin removal. Thanks

Some updates. I've updated the design a little and got a sample back from a 3D manufacturer that has a much better printer then mine. The part is now made of Nylon graphite resin and is much much stronger. The part is a lot cleaner too. Comes in any color I want. I'm going to start a kickstarter project for this but basically I need about 40-50 of these for a goup by to reduce cost. I'll post a kickstart if anyone is interested. Buy in will be $120. I know its a little steep but the quantity is so low, theres nothing I can do about it. So if your intersted in folding your stock and stay legal with the SCAR without pinning the stock for $5 OR putting a super long muzzle break this is it. Theres also the 20" barrel but I can't seem to find that available.
