My guess it's Swiss 6.5mm Just my guess. If you can take a picture of the back of the case and post it, that would help to id it.

Cant get a good pic of the primer side of the casing. Numbering as follows.

Top: 03
LS: 1
RS: E
Bottom: S

The brass is approx. 3-4 mil longer than a 6.5 Swede but casing diameter is a spot on match. I'll try to get a good picture of the markings.
