I had planned to build another carbine and mount this, but plans have changed so I've decided to sell it.
Comes with everything originally included by manufacturer: hard case, leaflets, both mounting screws (hex and thumb), hex wrench, batteries.
I would really like to call this "NIB" because I bought it new and it's never been mounted...but I did open the box and turn it on a couple of times, so I have to call it used. You save about $80. Not a scratch on it, though.
