Hope the buyer that offered more enjoys the kit. I already sent funds but got refunded because seller was offered $100 more than what I already sent.

Just curious, how much did you send? Was a deal actually agreed upon by both parties?

We agreed on $385 and the seller gave me his paypal at 1:09pm to send funds. Funds were sent at 1:13pm. Seller then texted me and refunded me 4:34pm saying he was offered $500 and got payment.

                    Not in this case.

A deal is a deal ...... or at least it should be.

The OP would be banned on some forums for such actions.

If he's looking for an auction take it to Gunbroker

That's only before a deal is made. If the seller backed out of a deal after he agreed to it and even received the funds, he's a thief. He sold it to you, you paid for it, he accepted the payment. Then, before he sent your paid for merchandise to you, he decided to sell it without your authorization and he also decided how much you would sell it for and how much his broker's fee was. I think it's time for a small claims suit and possibly criminal action too. Contact the local LEA in his area and see if they will investigate it.
