    WTS: Training ~Dummy Rounds~ 12 Gauge, .223, .45, 9mm

    Like the title says:

    WTS: Training ~Dummy Rounds~ 12 Gauge, .223, .45, 9mm.

$9 for a pack of 5 shipped. I'm in the Bay area.

    PM if interested.

**Edit** some of the .223 and .45 look like they've been "snapped" on. They're not beat up and look almost new. Just an FYI.

So, is there a difference between snap caps and dummy rounds? Everytime I ask if dryfiring my USP .45 or my Mossberg 12 gauge, I'm told that SNAP CAPS wouldn't hurt and most people recommend them. I'm looking for some snap caps.

Yes. there is a difference. Thats why I specifically wanted to know if these have an internal spring to ease the firing pin. The plastic training rounds will quickly wear holes / dents where pins strikes and no longer offer the protection of a snap cap.

Q: So, are these actual snap caps, or just plastic/poly training rounds? Do they have a spring inside?

NO, these DO NOT have a spring in them. They are orange training/dummy rounds.

I changed to the title to reflect the clarification.

These are great for ftf drills. I bought some 9mm ones for my P6.
BTW got mine yesterday, awesome shipping time!

Received my 223 dummy rounds in record time. Great seller. Perfect tool for practicing type 3 double feed malfunction drills.
