2 1 Brand new PSA upper. 1 will come with a new Parallax Tactical BCG and JD charging handle. The upper that has Palmetto stamped on the barrel does not have the Palmetto logo on the receiver. Just the way it was made. The one with PSA stamped on the barrel has the Palmetto log on the receiver.
