I'm selling this for a friend. The Phantom is an Asian knock-off of the Eagle CIRAS Land. The release feature does not work on this vest however. It has seen very little use and is in excellent condition. It is size medium. Included are 2 utility pouches(1 upright, 1 horz.), 1 double M16/M4 pouch, 2 single M16/M4 pouches, 1 double handgun mag pouch and 1 admin pouch. The carrier and pouches all match and are OD green. Also included is level IIIA soft body armor made by PACA. The armor is not a matched set, but does fit the carrier.
NO HARD ARMOR IS INCLUDED.
