    Other info: These are DIY Armory 80% lowers 7075 T6 forged aluminum. I have 13 12 avalible. PM me if you are interested. I also have the jig but will only lend it out if I am present. Thank you.

              These are not considered a firearm just a paperweight. Acording to the ATF these are not a firearm. Once you finish it it will be considered a firearm lower reciever and you do not have to register it unless local laws says differant.
