      Quick question.

With the 75 grainers, does anybody else notice something in the "nose" of the bullets, inside the hollowpoints? Is this normal, and should I take it out before I shoot them? Never dealt with hollowpoint rifle bullets before.

That would be a bit of the cleaning media BHA uses to polish them up prior to packaging. Usually they are not really stuck in the hollow point and will easily brush off by hand, you can clean it out with a needle if you like. From my understanding iand IMO, it should be removed due to the advantageous ballistic effects contributed by the hollow point.

pm replied, thanks for the inquiry

Factory Seconds do exist but I have to call into BHA and specifically ask if there are any available, and they cost the same as the new red box loads in 77 or 175. If you actually need the MK262 or MK118/118LR etc, I have heard that there are guys on arf or other precision rifle forums/sites that have the real deal.

I've been very happy with BHA and shootin the red box.
