WTT: .22LR ammo for M&P 9, 40, standard (white) 2 dot rear sight

I am looking to trade 500 rounds of .22LR ammo for standard M&P 9, or 40 (white) 2 dot rear sight. Midway has them for sale, but not available till June. Going to put the rear sight on my M&P .22lr.
