    Nice upper with new handguards. Previous owner was a Chicago police officer who used it for recreational shooting, he estimates under 1000 rounds through it. He did spray the upper with duracoat to withstand the chicago weather. I have never shot it....too many other uppers so this has to go. NO BCG...thanks
