I have a BCM 16" barrel'd upper receiver group, complete with a BCM BCG, and standard charging handle. It has an A2 flash hider, fixed front sight, and delta pack. As pictured. Will also include a set of PSA standard handguards. So all it needs is a rear sight.
The upper/BCG is used, but in great condition, with about 400-500 trouble free rounds through it.
