S&W M&P15 Sport lightweight flat-top upper with "Melonite" treated barrel (nitrocarburizing) which greatly increases surface hardness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. It is very close to the durability of hard chrome, but it costs less and has no effect on accuracy.
