I have a new, never mounted TA-31 RCO for the M4. Located in Mission Viejo. Local pick up, willing to meet half way. Lowest I could find online for this model number is 1300 so I'll ask 1100 or best offer. It comes with everything shown in picture. I don't have the box it comes with. Also have a TA-11 for .308 that's been mounted but like new. If you're interested let me know. Same price OBO
