This gun will not come with the lower receiver. It will come with all the stripped components from the old receiver such as grip,stock,trigger,hammer,safety ect. All you need to complete the gun is a stripped lower and a bullet button. Other than the 60 rounds I recently shot through it, it is a new gun. Comes with case, rebuild mag kit and original instructions.
No need for FFL transfer without the lower receiver.
