WTS: 80% Lowers, Santa Clara County

    Make: Tactical Machining, LLC

    Model: AR15 verity

    Caliber: within reason

Location: South Bay (Cupertino to Morgan Hill)

Price: All sold @ $225 each because he was a nice guy, no BS tire-kicker, paid cash, bought all three, and he asked for a deal (never hurts to ask)

    Will ship (Y/N): Sold

    Other info: SOLD

I bought these to make my own rifles, but the financial climate has changed: I can't afford to do it. But, the market for these is red hot so I have to sell them now. I know that you know that I paid way less for these, but that's the way capitalism works in a free market society. Supply and demand dictates price, and if these are selling for stupid prices then I have to participate in the sellers market. It's just the way it is. Cash only please. Also, I will provide a copy of the letter I got from the Tactical Machining from the ATF that says these are legit to own. Raw unfinished and not engraved, ready for you to finish and customize.
If you want one PM me. I will hold for 1 day after the "I'll take it" and payment is discussed for local delivery. I'll take Paypal if you mark the payment as "Family" and it will be in the mail the next day with delivery/tracking info.

Please let me know asap as i'm selling one tonight, and another guy wants the other two badly yet he hasn't committed any money or posted an "I'll take two". Once you paypal me the money, PM me your shipping info, and please post an "I'll take one" on the thread, also iTrader would be a nice thing two after you receive the lower. Thanks,
      Mike

There is a NEED to put flakes on blast. They do nothing to benefit the forum, and others should know if they are dealing with a flake or not. If you don't want to be considered a flake, then don't be a flake. It's pretty simple that way.

No, I hate flakes too but depending on the reason of flaking then it's understandable. I still don't put on blast. also if I find a better deal, it's not a flake. I'm saving my *** money and I'm sure you'd do the same. With all the BS prices floating around the forum and scared owners trying to sell $12 parts for 5 times that amount. Im sure a buyer will find the best price he can to save some cash. Like I said, GLWS.

When you commit to buy via "I'll take it" and PMs saying I'm sending you the money then that's it. It's your word and you bought it. That is the only way these forums work is by two parties agreeing to terms. Now if the buyer flakes out after going that far, "I'll take it", then he's a liar. Plain and simple. Yes, it's his money, but it's also his word. If you want to shop around that's great. The market will sort out the pricing: If I can't get my price then it must be too high, but if I get my price then it's priced right. Market econ 101.
Just because another deal came though is a shoddy excuse to flake. A deal is a deal...at least to honorable people.
