well, was going to send you a PM but this will have to do.

Affirm, that's the same case, only the two I am selling are still in the box and plastic.

I'm interested in the one you have left, but "in the box and plastic" meaning in a cardboard box and plastic bag? Still a full aluminum case as shown in the pic right? Is this considered a single scoped rifle case? Looks like a good one, but I'll have to go measure to see if the rifle I'm thinking of would fit.

The case has packaging around it, like a partial box, listing features, measurements, brand name, etc. The two carrying handles are still wrapped in plastic to protect them. You could fit two .22's in it no problem. I have one for a Rem. 700, 24 in. barrel, bipod and scope, that all fit, I have a quick release rings so I take the scope off but it would fit with it left on.
