I have a Unfired Palmetto State Armory 16" M4 Upper for sale

The only thing I have changed is the Magpul MOE Carbine length handguard. I'll include a carbine handguard w/ heatshield.

This upper has been cleaned and lubed but not fired. Basically new in the original PSA box.

There are a couple TINY marks from charging handle latch, BUIS, and RDS but not even noticeable.

Does not include BCG, or Charging Handle.

I'll accept Discrete Paypal Gift, USPS MO, or Cash FTF in Sonoma County.

I prefer FTF but I can ship.
