Up for sale I have 8 Black PMAGS with windows and "M" on the baseplate. All of them were taken out of the packaging and just sat in my range bag disassembled. These are being sold as 30 round rebuild kits.

If they were used then they had to be permanently sealed with a 10rd mag block. By stating that they are now 30rd rebuild kits would be admitting that you un-did the perm block.

Treading on thin ice I think. Unless you clearly stated Unused and Never assembled and sat in range bag.
