I a pair of Ceradyne Ceramic Body Armor Plates. . They are perfect for a Plate Carrier or and IBA OR IOTV. They have only been used a couple times never been hit pretty much in perfect condition. That rating is when used with IIIA soft armor right?

No thats without soft armor. I used it with a light weight plate carrier with no soft armor.
