LOWER RECEIVER HOLDING FIXTURE LOAD THROUGH TOP OR BOTTOM
This high quality armorers tool is made from durable, nonmarring HDPE to protect your lower receiver. This fixture will allow you to work on your lower with the upper receiver installed or removed, while clamped firmly in your shop vise. You can install this through the top or bottom of your receiver to allow easy access to trigger guard, pistol grip or buffer tube, or to work on your trigger, safety and takedown pins. This design does not put any strain on your mag release, the thick solid shelf supports the block at the edge of the receiver. The vise block is precision CNC machined from a BEEFY 1.25" thick slab of quality high density polyethylene to protect the finish of your lower receiver. High density polyethylene will resist all solvents and lubricants that a receiver might be subjected to, it will not soften or swell and can be easily cleaned for a long and durable life.
NO-M.A.R.-POLYMER is superior to regular HDPE, it has a nicer surface finish, resists warping, and is fully stress relieved to retain high dimensional tolerances after machining. Some regular HDPE material is not stress releived at all, and will warp after material has been machined away, the cost may be lower, but trust me... you don't want one of those, they have to be machined to fit loose so they will fit even after they are warped! This high molecular weight polymer will not make marks on your receiver, it's so slick it acts as a self lubricating material protecting the surface of your beautiful brand new receiver. I know 'New and Improved' gets swung around alot these days, but is this case it's true... and it makes a big difference.
