Looking to sell my Eagle CIRAS vest. Bought it some years ago for a deployment that was delayed, delayed again and eventually cancelled. Now, I have no need for it.

The product is in like-new condition. Only been worn a few times for sizing purposes but otherwise has sat in a locker unused.
The deal
I am asking $400 for this item, I believe a fair price for a previously owned, never used item that has an MSRP of $622, although I will entertain all offers.
I am currently located in central orange county (Irvine) and would prefer to do a cash transaction with someone local (within 50 miles or so). However, I do have a paypal account and will make arrangements for shipping the item in the lower 48 if need be.
