Choate 2rd extension. I had this on my 1100 but I just moved up to a 5rd extension and so I don't need it any more.
It comes with the extension, spring, and barrel clamp. It didn't come with the high visibility follower when I bought it.
It's used but in great condition.
The picture has a tube of chapstick with it for size comparison.
