Not an "Ace" kit as far as I can tell but of similar quality. Comes with 1 mag - additional mags are like $50 a pop so watch out for that. This kit, unlike many conversion kits, has proven utterly reliable except with the dirtiest Aguila .22LR. Bulk remington ammo worked fine though with no FTFs or FTEs. This is all when mounted to a Colt Mk IV Series 70. It's a complete upper although I just got the spring plunger and recoil spring cap so I don't know if they work perfectly or not.

Edit: I've been reliably informed by the owner of a Colt Ace that this kit appears to be identical to the slide from his Ace Service Model. The theory is that conversion kits may not have been marked "Ace" whereas full guns were.
