Not 100% sure what you have there, but it is well known that you cannot use a standard butt stock extension tube on an AR pistol. Doing so is essentially creating an SBR.

Kindly clarify what tube you have pictured.

It is a pistol lower that I am modifying the buffer to not except a stock and yes the picture was take out of state while on a hunting trip.

You don't understand. SBR's are Federally controlled. You continue to try to weasel out of it but I'm not sure you fully understand gun laws. The Feds care about SBR's, as likely the DOJ would. By admitting that you still had it configured in the USA, you're still running afoul of Federal law.
