The stock has no spring, no buffer. It does seem to have a plastic tube (buffer?) and it does have a floating plastic piece inside the tube (spacer?). I do not know if I have the screw.

I have a 223 rifle spring and buffer here if you can tell me the coil count and weight I will double check it. Make me an offer for a combined package. I think I also have the stock metal piece between the stock and lower.
