Ever so slightly used. I took it to the range twice. It is a cheap scope, but the optics are surprisingly good. Way better than a piece of garbage Barska. The tripod is probably the weakest link in this package as it seems a bit delicate. Also comes with the carrying bag and hard case shown in the pic.
