Just a heads up. My account was hacked around the 09/18. Any post beyond that is not me. I finally got this account validated so I can post. I'm the real wamphyri13 and can prove it. I'm trying to get my account back, we'll see how that goes.

Send complaints to the FBI cybercrime division. https://www.ic3.gov/ The more of us that do this the better chance it has of being taken. This isn't some small time scammer. It's very organized and they are scamming across every gun forum I have seen. Sometimes using the same pictures for their fake listings. I am seeing their posts for $2,500 scopes. So it's not small pocket change either. I talked to 3 separate users on ar15.com who lost $450 each on a fake Eotech listing on the same day.

Thanks guys. I wish we had an admin to sticky the warning instead of having to rely on bumps. I think we might have scared off the scammers though, I am not seeing any obvious scam posts right now. If you come across any or are a victim please post here to let people know and warn us about the compromised account.
