These are used, with box and manual. They have a few minor scuffs, but work great. These are the $399 "Mil-spec" ones that are water resistant, and have the more sensible front strap activation, as opposed to the LG-302 side activation model. YOU WILL NEED TO BUY 2 MORE BATTERIES. FTF $100
