WTS Saiga12 Mag Locks GB ONLY

This is for group buy members only. You are prebuying these "maglocks" "BB" whatever you want to call them for $100. They will not be ready until after FEB.. They are still in R&D so no pics yet. You must have one of these to import a S-12 into the state on the GB. There WILL BE NO REFUNDS if you back out! Refunds will ONLY be issued if these MAGLOCKS cant be delivered before JUNE.
Accepting PMO ONLY! PM for payment addy. Deadline for maglock prebuy is JAN 4th.

12276.1. (a) Notwithstanding Section 12276, "assault weapon" shall also mean any of the following:
(6) A semiautomatic shotgun that has both of the following:
(A) A folding or telescoping stock.
(B) A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon, thumbhole stock, or vertical handgrip.
(7) A semiautomatic shotgun that has the ability to accept a detachable magazine.
(8) Any shotgun with a revolving cylinder.

I believe if it no longer has the ability to accept a detachable magazine because of the maglock it's no longer a Cali assault weapon because of feature #(7).
You can have either 6(A) or 6(B) just not both.

Also, why can't we use the standard AK bullet button designs that are for sale here? $30 for something that we already know works and is available now. The mag release on the rifles is the same as those on the shotguns if I recall correctly?

The mag release in theory is the same as the AK rifle since there is a lever, spring and pin. But the mount is completely different. The mount and trigger guard are not one piece, the mount for the lever and pin are connected to the receiver and the trigger guard is further back.

All this will be worth it once you complete your ten day wait :-)

Yeah, should have clarified, the mag release is the same as a stock saiga rifle.

No doubt that it will be worth the effort. The last day I have to push a shell into the tube of a shot gun will be a happy one.
